  4. Maximum guests: 4
  5. No unregistered guests or pets allowed
  6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom!
  7. Building quiet hours: 11 pm to 8 am (Fines apply for noncompliance)
  8. Please don’t rearrange the furniture
  9. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or within 10 feet of the door
  10. Please treat our place like yours and take care of the furnishings
  11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
  12. Must be 21+ to book and the booking guest must remain on-site
  13. Guest must notify host immediately of any damage or injury
  14. Damage or stains caused by guests to fabric surfaces which cannot be removed will incur replacement fee at guests expense
  15. A $500 deposit covers damages/infractions. Your card won't be charged unless necessary, and you will be notified
  16. Pets: Must Inform hosts and send a picture PRIOR to arrival. 1 pet under 40 lbs is allowed (including ESA). Pet must be leashed, not left unattended for more than 6 hours, and always kenneled when alone. Clean up after your pet and dispose waste properly. Additional $40 fee applies for excess shedding. Guests are responsible for all pet damages
